I regret that I neglected to credit the cover photograph to Neville R. Knight. This was a silly mistake. It was terribly difficult to find a good quality picture of a classic miniature railway scene in "portrait" (ie: upright) format, and I decided to clip the view of Audley End from a much larger view by Neville. But I did not notice that this shot was omitted from the list of Neville's credits on the acknowledgements page.
