We have lots of events throughout the year but Christmas is wonderful because of our special relationship with the big man in the red coat.
At Perrygrove you start with seasonal refreshments in front of a real coal fire. Then enjoy a short steam train ride on the Santa Special steam train to collect magic badges from Jack Frost. Return to sit around a traditional fireplace in a cosy station where the children rub their magic badges to make Father Christmas appear.Now watch their faces as he actually comes down the chimney to meet them and give them presents from his bulging sacks!
When every child has a present Santa returns to the fireplace and disappears back up the chimney as if by magic!
The children can then visit our indoor village with secret passages whilst the adults enjoy complimentary hot tea and coffee. Your Christmas visit to Perrygrove lasts just over an hour...the memory lasts for years.
